This website was made using Jekyll and the Minimal Mistakes template found here. While I didn’t create the layout and themes from scratch, I worked on customizing and tailoring the template to fit my needs and present my projects. This involved becoming familiar with Github and hosting my own repository with all of my materials. I used VS Code for my IDE and learned some basic HTML to customize and better present my materials. This required a lot of learning, troubleshooting, watching tutorials, and research as it wasn’t something I had a lot of experience in at first, but I was determined to make it work (this is the third iteration of my portfolio). Besides the framework that was provided by the Minimal Mistakes theme as a starting point, all the customizations and materials here are things that I created!
